Welcome to ht66. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by ht66 ("Platform"). By accessing or using the ht66 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please stop using the ht66 Platform immediately. Your continued use after any amendments to these Terms and Conditions are published will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms.

Ht66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time by publishing an updated version on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes.

To register and use ht66 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the registration date.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law.
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.
• Have not previously had an account terminated by ht66 due to a terms violation.

Ht66 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time through the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Documents that may be requested include a copy of a valid national ID, passport, or driving licence, as well as supporting proof of residential address such as a utility bill or recent bank statement.

Ht66 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account if you fail to take reasonable security measures to protect your login credentials.

All financial transactions on the ht66 platform must be conducted using approved payment methods. The minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods. Maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected method and the user's account tier.

General Deposit Terms:

• Deposits may only be made from legitimate sources registered under your ht66 account name.
• Deposits from third parties or another person's account are not permitted.
• Ht66 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds if any transaction appears suspicious.
• All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Withdrawal Terms:

• Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your ht66 account.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for direct bank transfers.
• Ht66 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security review purposes for a period not exceeding 5 business days.
• Any funds received through fraudulent or illegal activity will not be processed for withdrawal.

Withdrawal processing times range from 15 minutes to 3 business days depending on the chosen method, account tier, and security review requirements. ht66 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party processing systems such as banks or e-wallet providers.

Ht66 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. General bonus terms are as follows:

• Each user is entitled to claim each type of bonus once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly and must first be fulfilled through the specified wagering requirements.
• The standard wagering requirement is between 5x and 30x, depending on the bonus type.
• Ht66 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if there are indications of misuse or fraud.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ht66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of anticipated profits or income.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond ht66's control, such as network issues, natural disasters, or infrastructure failures.
• Losses arising from security breaches due to the user's own negligence.
• Any disputed game outcome where sufficient supporting evidence cannot be provided.

Ht66's total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the Platform is limited to the net deposit amount you have made in the 30 days prior to the claim being raised.

The ht66 Platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Whether initiated by you or by ht66, an account may be terminated under the following circumstances:

Termination by User:

You may close your account at any time by contacting the ht66 support team via live chat in the app. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal subject to a final review. Please ensure there are no outstanding bonus wagering requirements before requesting account closure.

Termination by ht66:

Ht66 reserves the right to close or suspend your account without prior notice if:

• A breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions has occurred.
• You have engaged in fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform.
• Your account has been used for money laundering or other illegal activities.
• Information provided during registration or KYC is found to be false or misleading.
• Upon request by the relevant authorities.

In cases of termination due to fraud or serious violations, ht66 reserves the right to freeze and withhold all account balances as compensation for losses incurred.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with the ht66 Platform or these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between both parties.

If a resolution through negotiation is not reached within 30 days from the date the dispute was first reported, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration in accordance with the prescribed rules.

It is solely your responsibility to ensure that using the ht66 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ht66 makes no representation that the Platform is suitable or available for use from all locations.

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that part will be removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining parts of these Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect.
